Vodacom online laptop purchase fiasco

I’ve been contacted, after my complaint, by a Vodacom representative whom I realised he did not make any effort reading my comprehensive complaint report, asking non relevant questions.🤷♂️

He advised me that the particular laptop in question which I wanted was, “all of a sudden” no longer available😬The reason being that it was “sold out” while Vodacom’s staff was PONDERING ON MY COMPLAINT FOR ALMOST 14 DAYS🙈LEAVING THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMER OF MORE THAN 15 YEARS HIGH AND DRY. SO’ WHAT NOW???🤷♂️
