Vodacom Online is the worst business ever

I Vodacom Online is really the worst business I had dealt with. Got a deal on Black Friday (23 Nov 2018) that was confirmed for R599 including a Huawei Mate20 Lite. When I received my 1st invoice I was charged R599 plus over R200 for the "handset". I phoned and logged a ticket #39646 on the 8th of Jan 2019 to get this resolved. They then picked up my phone on the 23rd Jan 2019 and promised to re-created the deal correctly. I have logged complains EC-1KVY-3K51GB with customer care too. I have just received promises and promises without any results. This is now 18 Feb 2019.
