VODACOM ONLINE IS NONSENSE!!!
<p>I have booked an online phone and the intial agent took the wrong delivery address, i asked her to amend and it took a week but she still failed to let RAM know of the wrong address given. Then i told her to cancel and i would re do it with another agent willing to help, but vodacom system apprently decided to cancel both the intial application and the second, and that was after the phone was already delivered to me so they told me they cant activate the contract they need to fetch the phone and start the process from scratch! now they all giving me the run arounds, they saying they sent a request to RAM to collect it to me and it would take 7-14 days fro RAm to do that but when i called RAM to check if indeed the request was sent to them to collect the device and to their surprise no, after 5 days of being told RAm was told i find out they were not! Vodacom has frustrated me to the last degree, no one at the call centre cares, they talk to you as though you just their friend even. I cant even go to the store to activate one myself because they have to fetch the ****** damn phone first before anyone can help me.</p>

I am still waiting to be contacted, will it ever happen? i must say im very dissapointed in Vodacom, the service you guys now provide has become like MTN's, no caring about customers, call centre has no respect, dont mind if we complain or not. Just because you have billions of customers you guys now have that mentality that loosing one will not cost a thing, wow! I never expected this from Vodacom, honestly, i still cannot believe it. I mean i wanted the phone so bad and now seriously cares.

ill post billions of reviews about vodacom every day if you dont respond. if you dont want me to buy your phone then please come fetch your device or give me your warehouse address (in johannesburg) then ill give back your lousy phone, mxm!
