Vodacom online is bad news

I got a call from Vodacom online promoting their Alcatel Wi-Fi router uncapped home internet that it was good with high speed and cheap .I ended up taking the offer and router was delivered.I tried to connect it it didn’t any to connect.Took it to a Vodacom shop they refused to take it.They said I must contact Vodacom online.I called them they eventually collected it.I’m now being charged for a Wi-Fi router that’s with them.I am back to my Wi-Fi provider I cannot pay twice for Wi-Fi .I’m unemployed.Vodacom has been very unfair to me.They don’t want to cancel the router invoicing me every month for something I’m not using and it’s with them.I’m so disappointed with vodacom😭.
