Vodacom online is a waste of time and energy
I tried getting feedback about an online contract that I took out from vodacom. I have no idea when my item will be delivered. It is really frustrating and there is no way to track ot or its status. As I was given no details about it via email. Vodacom please let me know when my phone will be delivered. Also vodacom said a consultant will be getting back to me and none did.
