VODACOM ONLINE - IPHONE PRE ORDER DISASTER!!

I pre-ordered an iphone 8 in the middle of October 2017, which I was then contacted to upgrade my contract. Its now been over 7 weeks and I have not received the phone. I have spent over 14 hours on the phone trying to resolve the matter. I then had to come to a point to cancel the order so I can try and get a phone another channel I am just merely told sorry it was escalated they can not help me and I would just have to wait. So they can not deliver the phone nor can they cancel my order so I can get another phone or cancel my contract which I have had for over 14 YEARS! NO ONE CAN GIVE ME ANSWERS AND THEY DO NOT WANT TO ESCALATE IT FURTHER!! I AM LOST FOR WORDS!!!!!!!!! I have never ever had such a bad experience in my life. It has come to a point where I am going to seek legal action as I am losing income as I use my phone for business and no one can get hold of me!!!!!!!!
