VODACOM ONLINE FALSE ADVERTISING ON HUAWEI P20 LITE WITH BLUETOOTH HEADSET

Good day On the 30th April 2019 I upgraded my contract. The contract however shows that a bluetooth headset is included. I did this upgrade online and with no assistance from anyone at vodacom online. I then received my phone today the 3rd May 2019 but only opened the package when the courier driver was gone and realized that there is no bluetooth headset inside. I then called ********** 4 at 11:16am and was simple told that Vodacom does not do this anymore and it is not on the website ( which is a complete lie cause I logged in afterwards using an OTP and saw the deal is still there ) I then called back and was told they will call the manager and I was put on hold for very long then cut off where I then had to call back and the person to me pretended not to hear me. The advertising is FALSE and I am demanding my bluetooth headset from Vodacom ASAP. I do not want to return the phone as this is not my problem. Attached is the deal I took online. I have the OTP and screenshot as proof that this deal is currently still on the website. I want a very senior manager to call me as the agents are just cutting me off and this is ****ing me off more
