Vodacom Online Customer Service Department - are they in permanent lockdown?

I see that vodacom odders all kinds of gimmics and competitions to lure new customers. But, in my case, a really meaningful 'innovation' from their side would be if they simply carry through with the very basic level of service, appointments, and c promises made to actual existing existing clients, and not all these gimmicks and competitions which really does not matter to me. I only need vodacom to address my issue and complaints in a professional way, and not ignore them, as they have been done since August 4th. One example which would make me very happy: the callback promised to happen after '16.00 yesterday', Friday 28 August, on their facebook vodacom chat channel, by a facebook agent (Desmond), up in this chat, did not happen.but even more disturbing is the many many emails I have sent to their different customer services departments during August, where not a simgly reply has been given.

Reply from vodacom, in lieu of my many emails sent since August 4th - which does not really instill a lot of trust in their telecommunication or troubleshooting abilities:
We acknowledge the receipt of your email.
Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Due to technical issues we are unable to contact you.

I again do not accept that you were' unable to make contact with me' - this is a blatant lie and a sad, sad excuse and cop-out, since Mr. Lennon Samduth,Senior Administrator, did in fact make contact with me, and I am waiting for him to email me his sollution! Do you really, really think that this excuse of not being able to contact a client, whne a client gives you 2 email addresses, and her vocacom mobile number, and office number, is going to be an excuse that any intelligent person accepts from vodacom? You are actually in this, acknowledging another big issue, and that is of the terrible vodacom network reception in cape town - so if you could not reach me by phone, it is due to the VODACOM network failing, again.

Your reply to me is yet another classic example of Vodacom's online, social media and website teams utterly failing: Their standard cop-out copy-pasted responce to most issues and communication would be funny if it wasn't so frustrating - this coming from a customer service team, of a teleCOMMUNICATIONS company, who has my vodacom mobile number, my personal email address, my work email address, and my facebook messenger details - since these are the platforms I used to try and communicate with them:
