Vodacom online cash sales support non-existent

So I made a cash purchase on the Vodacom website for a Huawei Humidifier and Samsung UV Sterilizer on 18/07. I wanted to cancel the order after making it as I changed my mind and decided to call the call centre before they ship it out.

The online department says they don't deal with cash sales and tell me to contact the after sales team. I contact the after sales team and they say they don't deal with cash sales. I then contact the customer services team who also don't deal with online cash sales. Good luck trying to ever get help from the call centre. I was told to send an email to *** because this one email from this multi billion rand company only deals with cash sales via the Vodacom website and there's no department that takes calls for online cash sales.

Till today I have not received a response from eshopsupport. Vodacom's customer service is non existent.

Can someone help ith cancelling the order and refunding my money?
