VODACOM ONLINE BLACK FRIDAY

I have taken out a black friday online deal,received an sms with reference number and Conformation email for the deal.

I have contacted them to send all outstaning details but everyone i speak to cannot assist me with further process.I have phoned lastweek hang on for how many hours for assistance then they tell me im a business client then im a vip then they pick my profile up then they dont pick my profile up...i was told to send an email to *** then a ticket was created.

On the ticket it ask me to send the screenshots i have send on email to re-upload in pdf format.On email i have also recived a ticeket reffernce number.Screenshots of conformation email and sms was uploaded to their ticket system from my side to pdf format.

No one responded after i have uploaded their request,a day after i received an email that my ticket has been closed with no correspondence with regarding my development in above matter.

This is all fustrated and confusing if you give a deal with a timezone and received conformation to what u have purchased online and when u need to process eveything there is just not one capable person with service or knowledge in any of vodacom's customer service departments.

#FAILED SERVICE #TRUST BROKEN #EMPTY PROMISE

I dont care if you dont have a tv available what you promose you must give because i my order was confirmed by email and sms.im going to take this matter further you you dont give my order i have taken out in time.
