Vodacom online application is a ****

Vodacom online contract deals are a BIG **** I app**** for a new contract with them online and the device were available on stock... My application was approved and then few Vodacom sends a message telling me that the devices are out of stock... OK gave them 5 days maybe there will be stock... Today I call to find out how far is my devices and the consultante was rude to me spoke while I was speaking rised his voice at me with no help at all... Okay he transfers my call to next department even worse the consultant was impatient all she answered was I don't know.. I called again and the consultant laughed at me I will not be upgrading my line with they can't treat customers with respect at all
