ever in my life have i experienced service like this.

Why have people working for you that don't know what the hell they are doing. This is 2019 and your company is stuck in the dark ages - no one replies to e-mails, consultants promise to call back and never do and there is no other way to get ahold of them.

Does this manager know what is happening in his department - is he even there?? I HAVE ASKED FOR THIS ISSUE TO BE ESCALATED 4 MONTHS AGO AND IT IS STILL DRAGGING ON.

if Tracey & Lennon are the only 2 people in this department - that is really just SAD!!!! ZERO sense of customer service / NO FOLLOW UP / NO FOLLOW THROUGH / NO ACCOUNTABILITY / THEY DO (OR DONT DO) WHATEVER THEY LIKE AND I AS THE CUSTOMER HAS TO GO THROUGH THIS UTTER NIGHTMARE.

GET THE MANAGER TO CALL ME BACK - NOT LENNON NOT TRACEY - THE MANAGER

4 MONTHS OF FRUSTRATION, 4 MONTHS OF EMPTY PROMISES, 4 MONTHS OF UNRESPONSIVENESS AND I HAVE NO HAD IT WITH UP PEOPLE. .......... YET YOU TAKE YOU MONEY EVERY SINGLE MONTH!
