Vodacom online is committing ***** by debiting my account for a purchase which they do not provide confirmation for. I tried phoning their call Centre which provided poor client service and not helping.

If they are not providing confirmation of order, it means they do not acknowledge the payment that I made. So, in that case I need my money back.
