Vodacom online. A week of promising to deliver everyday, but just not receiving anything

Really horrible service from vodacom online.

Have been a week now of sitting around for delivery everyday I get promised the next it will be there and then everyday nothing happens. One the day the driver actually came up to the gate, only to drive away and marked the delivery as a failed delivery. I cannot get in touch with anyone at the courier and vodacom has not been much help either.
