Vodacom ONline a Joke as Always Part 2
Continuation of Response logged 12/03/2019
Original issue has not been resolved as I have not received my order as promised
Got an SMS on 13/03/2019 to say the order was processed and was told by Ashwin that I would receive my order today 14/03/2019. To my surprise still not got and sms from the Couriers.
Just phoned RAM to query and the order has not even been picked up from Vodacom. Seems like Vodacom just not give a **** about their clients with false promises and also don't allow us to pick up the item. So please mark this not resolved as once again the service is pathetic.
THIS NEEDS TO BE SORTED OUT...…
