Vodacom Online **** ?

The online vodacom **** ? I tried to cancel 3 numbers i haven't used in years which i shd have cancelled long ago. I went in to vodacom fourways who say i need to cancel by calling vodacom. I did this and after a long painful process the operator said i had renewed these accounts at vodacom fourways ? I duly went back and got a very helpful guy who checked out the numbers and found that they had been renewed online. ?? Something i would never do especially with numbers i dont use and in fact if i had been called about renewal would have cancelled them. Whats going on Vodacom ? are your online operators renewing , You have refused to let me cancel these numbers. Shocking service and attitude and I am very keen to take this further as you do record these transactions. I have been a vodacom customer for 30 years and this is the attitude i get?
