Vodacom online

I've always had good experiences with vodacom until ordering my laptop online. I chose a contract that specifically came with Microsoft office at an extra fee as I needed it immediately for teaching, and the Microsoft office did not get delivered with the laptop. For 2 months now, every consultant I've spoken to has put me through to somebody else, my ticket has been closed 3 times saying it should have been resolved, yet nobody has contacted me to try. I have had to go and buy Microsoft office now. Nobody has assisted me with this.
