Vodacom OneNumber Apple Watch Cellular Fail

I’ve very frustrated trying to get cellular connection activated on my Apple Watch. Been to a Vodacom store so many times now and they have not been successful with activating my Apple Watch cellular.

Activated and deactivated my plan many times, reset my watch and unpaired many times. They activated a QR code e-sim but that is for Samsung Watches not Apple Watch and they don’t understand when I ask them at the store to deactivate it it so that I can activate the OneNumber plan on my device through the Apple Watch app. It shouldn’t be this difficult to get cellular activated on an Apple Watch.
