Vodacom One Number Issues

My Vodacom One Number for my apple watch has suddenly stopped working. I tried calling Vodacom but they keep transferring me to the Tobi system just to tell me Tobi can’t assist I need to call Vodacom, which then just takes you back to Tobi. It’s frustrating that my One Number stopped working for no reason and no one at Vodacom seems to able to assist me in fixing the problem or even advise the reason therefor, but yet I am charged monthly for something I am not able to use.
