Vodacom One Number and Apple Watch -Issues

Vodacom One Number and Apple Watch -Issues I got a new apple watch Nov 2025. I followed all instructions setting up the vodacom esim. Went to the Vodacom Stores for help. Back to Apple whom checked everything from Apple side and confirmed all is in order. Back to Vodacom store about 5 times only to be informed they have technical issues. We de-activated and re-activated numerous times. I even upgraded my phone and contract. The esim still not working. Been a Vodacom client more than 25 years and spend a lot of money every month on my whole family of accounts. I am very disappointed and see the one account esim offering as misrepresentation of a service and a brand!

This is where brand loyalty turns into brand disappointment! Time to make a change after a long time client!
