Vodacom once off data lasts only 29 days

I have a 24 month 2 GB contract with Vodacom. My 2 GB allocation ran out last month and I bought 7 GB 14th August. Expiry date was 12 September, that is today. I only used about 2.5 GB of the once off bundle up until yesterday, the 11th of September. But at the start of 12th September the remaining 4.5 GB expired, which in itself is wrong, because the 30 days includes the 12th. They only counted 29 days!

The deeper problem however is that the allocated 2 GB of data for this month have also already been used, which means that Vodacom used the monthly bundle before data was again substracted from the once off bundle. There is now no data left for the month as the app says on my iPhone, iPad and also on the app on my PC with the modem.

I phoned three times to ask why this is happening. The first time I was put on hold for 20 min. after which I hung up. They phoned me back, put me on hold, and after 10 min. I hung up again. I then phoned again and spoke to Aisha, who laboriously explained that I am wrong in my deductions, and still have 1 GB left on the system, wanted me to reboot everything, which eventually did, but with the same result. It says 0 GB.
