Vodacom - once contract signed service level disintegrates

I signed a contract with Vodacom in Feb 2022, with a sterling credit status. Upon receiving my first statement I noticed that I was being charged for insurance. I contacted the store and they logged a complaint on my behalf. Three months later the problem had not been resolved. I deducted the amount of +- R51-00 off the next amount payable, with an explanation email accompanied by the original quote from Vodacom which was devoid of insurance charges amounting to R585-00 pm. They had the temerity to have me blacklisted for R50-00. I visited the HO based in Midrand on three different occassions to be advised that since the COVID 19 pandemic all the legal staff work from home. They are not available for direct contact with the public by telephone or email. Nor are their management sitting in their ivory towers with glass celings. I subsequently paid the R50-00 again and I have requested a refund, we are now in September and the matter has not been cleared at the credit bureaus and I await my refund. The staff are *********** and rude especially when they dont understand what the compaint is about and when realisation sets in they cannot understand basic concepts of mathematics or contract law. When this contract is paid I shall be moving to MTN.

Dear Vodacom

Thank you for your automated reply.

Would you please explain your understanding of 'in due course' , I am still waiting your communication.

**please note** beware of Vodacom staff sleeping on the job!

Thank you for your response, I am pleased that your insurance department is going to refund the charges.
What are your legal department doing about reversing the incorrect one month arrears that they logged at the various credit bureaus?

Kind Regards
