Vodacom "once bitten twice shy"

Hi i would like warn everyone about the con artists working for vodacom in the telesales department, i am constanly harrased by these individuals on a daily basis, i understand that they are only doing their job however they should in the process not deceive the public with false information and straight out lies. The consumer is under the impression that they are protected by the fact that ALL CALLS ARE RECORDER for your protection however when a issue arises and you request to have the recoring reviewed an investigation needs to take place even after a time and date dor the recording has been supp****. Once they have your consent on a contract they are no longer interested in customer service and requests to speak to the original consultant are futile as according to them that person no longer exists and that you should go to the voda shop to see what the actulal contract states regardless of what the telesales consulant informed you.
