Vodacom once again unable to deliver the services they getting paid for.
Here we are again. Our fibre is off since last night, and, yes I did lock a call. I was on the phone for between 25 and 30 minutes. They were unable to assist me and will send a technician within 48 hours, meaning we wont have internet over the weekend, R720 later. And yes I have a reference. The last time I wrote a review regarding my password issue, someone was gonna call me back, but no one did. Just to note there is no power outage still it is OFF...How cruel are people on this earth to take money, but are unable to deliver a service.

20 Apr 2026, 11:22So since Thursday evening we are still without internet. Vodacom was suppose to come and access the problem instead they escalated it to Octotel. Octotel was here this morning, but there was noting wrong on there side, instead , they suspect it has something to do with the router Vodacom provided. So I had to call vodacom again, they gonna assign it back to vodacom now to the initial technician. I guess now I have to wait another 48 hours. I am literally in tears. I am currently studying and Paying R720 for internet. I do not have extra money for data. I wish there was an option to rate this Business 0. I will never recommend it to anyone not even to my worse enemy.
