Vodacom offically worst in customer service

Vodacom is now officially the worst company when it comes to customer care they show no pride in what they do and will just take your money every month. At the start of july 2020 I went into there Vincent store East london to do a upgrade They had a combo deal running with a Iphone SE plus a Series 5 watch 44mm GPS for R649 I agreed that was what I wanted they did mention to me they had stock problems and it was better to Order online I then promptly went home and called the online store to upgrade which went smoothly same issue was raised of the availability of stock but I could get everything the 1st week in August 2020 this is where my nightmare started I asked for a order number or atleast a reference number agent assured me I didn't need one. I went into the store 1st week in August to check up on the order at Vincent East London the gent that helped me said he saw the order on the system but could not tell when it would arrive 17 August I called 082135 and a lady by the name of Nolene Geluk helped me she did try helping but said would come back to me the next day to my surprise somehow my order was cancelled off the system and no one could tell me why they also had no record of the combo deal that was initially offered. I then posted on Vodacom Facebook page and they responded saying someone will call me on 19 August 2020 in steps Mr Sibusiso Gumede took the details of the case and he would get back to me I then insisted on a reference after he told me he cant give me one I did not leave cause of the previous promises REF *** but up to now haven't heard anything back then again on the 21 August 2020 tried again spoke to Wesley Williams with REF 1-*** said he will get a supervisor to call me until now nothing has ever come from this. Can Vodacom please step up and tell me why I still don't have my order and how it disappeared off the system. This is disgusting service and as I said to start your agents have No pride in what they do as for managers that run this department shame on you
