Vodacom offers no Customer Complaint Assistance

I tried to contact Vodacom's Customer Care with a specific complaint and all I get is Tobi, which gives me various options, but no option to submit a complaint. Seems they don't want any negative feedback. Very bad strategy, unless you think you are such a big company that you don't need to improve.
