VODACOM OFFERS

Hi so I was called from a Vodacom sales person offering me a tablet and smartphone for only 220.00 a month and now looking at my statement I have to pay more, you should give proper training to staff when calling customers more information on correct amount paying for packages, this is frustrating as I do have a budget. I was also offered a voucher for Homemark and it seems like a bull**** story, vouchers were activated on Wednesday 23 August so I went to the store on Saturday 26 August wasted petrol and time going there to be told that my vouchers were not yet activated and the lady at the store was very rude. I would like someone to call me.
