Vodacom Offering False Rewards Contract - Promised 60GB Data Monthly, Only Receiving 5GB

I received a call from Vodacom Rewards around the middle of May for a special offer for being a long-term loyal client with Vodacom. The very friendly lady asked how much DATA I use per month and how much I pay for it. I rep**** that I am currently paying R500 for 20GB of data per month with Vodacom. So she offered me a sim card with 30GB anytime + 30GB night owl (total of 60GB monthly) for R579 per month for 3 years plus a laptop. I was delighted and agreed to the deal. I was not looking for a 3-year long laptop contract but agreed because of the large amount of DATA included – I would not have taken the offer otherwise.

I seem to have missed the delivery date so I called, confirmed my delivery details and received the laptop around 23-24 June 2022. I very quickly realised that I was not receiving the 60GB of data on the sim card as promised and called Vodacom Rewards to enquire ***.

On 9 July 2022 I received an SMS *** to let me know that feedback will be provided in 2 working days.

20 July 2022 dispute was found in my favor, I did not receive any correspondence advising same.

I called back on 4 August 2022 at 14:00 and was advised that the dispute was found in my favor and they can compensate me one or two months subscription for free however with only 5GB of per month for 3 years or collect the laptop and cancel the contract. I am not satisfied with either option. I was promised 30GB anytime data monthly + 30GB night owl data monthly + laptop at R579 for 3-year contract and I would like Vodacom to honor what I was promised as per the recorded conversation. I cannot escalate the matter within Vodacom because you cannot log a complaint nor can you speak to a Team Leader or Manager.
