Vodacom of no help

Ive reported ***** on my account ages ago. All that I get from Vodacom is that they still investigating. I dont know why they just cant remove this person from my account that took out a contract *******ly on my name and deal with them separately. In the meantime Im getting invoices for MASSIVE amounts and all that vodacom can tell me is: “So sorry about that but once this is finished you can claim the money back and we will see what we can do.”

HOW DO I STOP THIS??????
