Vodacom NXTLVL

O the 26 novemeber i was told that i won a prize and i was requested to send my details via dm on twitter and i did sent my details. I was told to keep an eye on my emails but since to date i am yet to receieve an email ,while others got the emails with their prize. When i dm or tweet vodacom they ignore me as if they dont get the tweets. Its almost a month now while waiting for my prize.
