Vodacom Number used in *****ulant Transactions

<p>I was de*****ed out of R 2500 rand after trying to buy something on OLX. The ***** used a vodacom cell number. I reported it to all the banks in question and was help with much conern for both banks. (high Fives to the revant banks). I then reported the number to Vodacom as i thought they would also be concerned that one of theirnumbers are used for *****. First a could not get throuhg. when I did, I was given the wrong inforamtion more than once. Only after speaking to one of the call centre supervisors was I advised to email them my concerns. I was then contacted by Vodacom and told that they cannot investigate the number because the ***** was notcommited on one of their accounts..... My my, Vodacom, ONE OF YOUR ACCOUNTS ARE BEING USED FOR *****ELENT PURPOSES. I must say for such a big company you are very small minded. I wonder if someone is de*****ed out of R 10 000 000.00 if you would still sing the same tune? I am not a client of Vodacom, and I will never be. If you are the only phone company out there, I will start using ***eons.</p>
