VODACOM NUMBER STOLLEN.

On December 16 2020 ,my vodacom number was ****** and they started using my WhatsApp pretending to be me,they borrowed money from my friends and relative,after being alerted by a friend,i went to vodacom and check how some one manage to sim swap my number **********ly,no one from vodacom who can answer that,i send several emails to vodacom no renspond,i write to this hellopter page ,vodacom is fooling me by sending a link as if they are rensponding and no message to the link,the worst part is that the ********* also used the airtime advanced for the amou of R100,now i cant put airtime ,when i put airtime is taken to pay the airtime advanced used on my num er.what i wanted to no from vodacom,is how ********* can manage to do rica on my number with a help from vodacom agent because ,only vodacom and my self has the access of thw information of my number,how ********* manage to answer security question being asked when you do sim swap,because only my self and Vodacom has that information.
