Vodacom number 'expired'
I had a Vodacom number for a few years now. I am living outside RSA, so it is only used whilst in RSA. For some or other reason, the simcard was cancelled ["because it expired"] by Vodacom without notifying me in advance. And no - it was NOT inactive for 3 months as they claimed - I made a call on 11/06/2019 and I found out that it was cancelled on 06/09/2019. What irritate me the most, is that ALL of the credit [quite an amount] is lost too - actually '******' by Vodacom!! Why is it so difficult to send me a notification/sms [try and fit it in between the totally unnecessary ones that they bombarded you with]

18 Sept 2019, 07:33Like I have said - I am living in Namibia - the number 082135 does not work from here: and it is probably one of the numbers that you have to listen to endless adverti*****ts and/or boring music, whilst waiting in a line! Please supply a number that is accessible internationally

05 Jun 2020, 17:51It has happened again!
I got a new number in Decemeber, did all the right things suggested by Vodacom [roam on message, roam off message, etc etc]. It did not work - number and profile suspended AGAIN!!!]
Now my Vodacom profile is also suspended.
And all the credit on both numbers is also gone. What happens to all the credit from 100's of 'suspended' customers?
I probably will not receive a satisfactory solution - like last year
