Vodacom number deleted no one is helping with reallocation or a activation

Lost my phone with a Vodacom Prepaid number *** in 2019. 3 months later was told number was seleted.

I have othet contracts wih Vodacom which I ised as a back up for the period.

I need someone to assist in retrieving as Vodashop can see the number shows deleted but it is not reallocated to anyone.

I have had this number for years and need it reallocated to me. Please assist.
