Vodacom Number deleted and without any notification after payment is made

I need to retrieve our old numbers. Long story short, I defaulted on a vodacom contract, number was deleted, I was handed over to a debt collection agency, the account was paid as per agreement. Vodacom tells me that the numbers has been deleted.

Strange that i have proof of all payments make after agreement. And still Vodacom deleted our numbers from the network.

Vodacom gave us the poorest service ever.

I can believe that they took my money and still delete our numbers.

And now i must still pay for a service that we do no have. Vodacom do not realize how many trouble they caused at this moment as 4 of our numbers is deleted (once again after i made payments as agreed on).

All our banking / Apple ID's information - and so much more is on our phones and can not be changed without a OTP!!!

Horrible service ever and i will not recommend anyone to deal with Vodacom ever!!!!
