Vodacom number deactivated

I have been making payments to my Vodacom account and for some odd reasons my number was deactivated without my acknowledgement. The service I have received from TSl legal was also not great and they are contracted by Vodacom. I have tried numerous times to contact Vodacom and the external provider they have contacted to no avail. The number that was deactivated is *** and now this is impacting my finances as I am using the number as my primary number.
