Vodacom not4u

Try and cancel a contract at expiry; try and talk to someone who can make a decision or actually help you. Apparently no one at Vodacom is able to assist you, and you need to be forwarded to someone else. Then you have to go through the tiresome prompts again, and then explain it from start again, and then get forwarded again, and if your call does not get dropped, you have to start the process again. After the tenth person and hours of non-billable time, no one was able to help you anyway. Shocking state of affairs from the company that over charges you anyway. Vodacom's pathetic service standards are even worse than Absa.
