vodacom not worth the headache

Please stay away from Vodacom. If their fiber department is anything to go by they are totally utterly and completely ***********. Had issues will sales people not knowing anything about the products. I had to educate them, call their technically department and provide them proof that you can use your own router. Then they did not activate the line, tried sending a router anyway. I have never ever had anywhere close to as much issues as I have experienced compared to any other isp. Fnally I just demanded cancelation. Even that was a major issue.
