Vodacom not willing to cancel a contract

Bad practise, they have decided to ignore my contract cancellation request and keep on saying contract is being cancelled but they are still deducting money every month. I spoke to several call center agents about cancelling and being told they that the contract is canceled but to my surprise they are still deducting every month.

Hi Vodacom,

If the contract was cancelled then why I’m being handed over for at your collections department and have your Lawyers calling me every day trying to collect money from me.
