Vodacom not updating my account
I paid the amount the app said I'm owing The app confirmed it and I received this message shortly after:
Thank you. Your Vodacom bill payment of R 400 has been successful and your account will be updated shortly.
This was already before 15:44 yesterday. My account has not been updated yet despite two confirmations from you.
Vodapay app still shows full amount outstanding and stating "Not Paid"
Pop was sent twice yesterday to the relevant email address but no response.
Vodacom isn't becoming better, just worse

Good morning
Hope this finds you well.
I am referring to the following sms I received from you:
Standard Bank: Hi MR JJ MYBURGH. Please expect a call from our Credit Card division today regarding your account. This is part of our commitment to providing you with excellent service. We will be calling you from *** or ***, alternatively call us on *** from 8am to 5pm or email us at *** for more information.
In reference to the above sms, I request, as I did before, to conduct all communication to my via e-mail, as it's the easiest, quickest and best way to get hold of me. As I had noted to you before, my phone is programmed to reject any calls for 087 numbers, as these numbers are mostly used for spam, and nobody even answer 087 numbers anymore.
My phone blocks all 087 and other unknown numbers, and also I am not able to have telephonic conversation during working hours.
Why I also prefer emails are that everything is on black and white in writing for both parties for later references, other than phone calls.
Now in reference to the reason for your sms, I suppose it is because of my arrears account.
I acknowledge that it is in arrear and I commit hereby to get it up to date within a week, as my income varies and it is difficult to pay each month on exactly the same date.
You will notice that I am paying late sometimes, but you will also note from yoyr records that I always pay, and never skip a payment.
If anymore questions or anything you need to discuss with me, you are most welcome and can feel free to communicate with me on email at any time, and I will reply to you within short time.
Kind regards
JJ Myburgh

JJ Myburgh
