Vodacom not treating customers fairly. Impossible to get hold of.

I have been to the shops. I have phoned multiple different numbers and can not get hold of anyone! Vodacom does not allow you to cancel at the shops but you can buy. But when you try to cancel you get different numbers to call but then each time it says this number does not exist!!!!!! I have called them on load speaker in their shops at Tyger valley while everyone try and help we were to able to get through to anyone. This is not treating customers fairly and we would consider referring this difficulty to reach the cancelation department to the ombud.
