Vodacom - not the best network anymore!

I'm really not impressed with Vodacom's service delivery of late. Despite paying my account on time, my phone is disconnected, and the only time I can contact people is when I'm connected to the Wifi. Calling their service centre is a horrible experience - you get attitude from the agents, and they seem upset that you, the customer, are not happy with your experience. I have been a loyal customer of Vodacom for more than 20 years, and it is sad that it has come to this. At this stage, I am ready to switch to another network.
