Vodacom not supporting wifi calling over fibre - *******

Vodacom As a service provider is pretty clueless. Apparently vodacom will not allow VOWifi Volte over their fibre network because they say its 5G. As far as i know 5G is not even implemented or rolled out in SA. I had wifi calling activated previously over telkom fibre(sad to say that telkom fibre support is better than vodacom) and have noticed by reading through other post that Wifi calling has been activated over fibre for other customers. So this tells me that Vodacom first line and second line support is clueless. I have asked for router access password and been told they will provide me the password 3 weeks ago all I'm getting is service request updates but no explanations on what they are doing. My 5ghz wifi hotspot has been disabled for no apparent reason and vodacom can activate it again. This is truly unacceptable.
