Vodacom not sticking to debit order agreed date

2 Jan 2022 I went to Vodacom in Somerset Mall to take out a data SIM card with 60G. The agreement was that Vodacom can debit on the 28th of each month, but on the 7th of Jan 2022 Vodacom attempted to debit R387,37 on my bank account obviously there were no funds on my bank account and it was not agreed date for the debit order.I am now sitting with R115 charges from my bank.

7th Jan I went back to the Vodacom somerset mall and explained the situation, the person that was helping me at Vodacom asked for my ID and he came back with agreement and showed me indeed it was for the 28th and he gave me a Vodacom accounts department number to call.

On the 8th of Jan 2022 I called the Vodacom accounts department number and I have been put to three different consultants and they cannot help me,I am told to go back to Vodacom somerset mall.

I am highly disappointed that Vodacom is now sending me up and down and my other concern there was no debit check mandate from Vodacom sent to me.

Why must I pay penalty funds on my bank account because of Vodacom? I regret take out the data SIM card ,I didn't know I will siting with a headache right now because of Vodacom.
