Vodacom not responding to complaints!
Vodacom never responded to my compliant although they promised they would on their reply? (" a consultant will contact you") Noticed on other complaints to Vodacom, they received similar replies of which it appears to be auto answering / computer generated reply? Absolutely hopeless! Have also complained on Facebook, Twitter etc...the same "auto reply"? What next????
