Vodacom not responding to complaint of *****elent activity

Last year, I was victim of a house buglary in which handsets were ****** and reported. We expect that the ****s have taken the sim cards which we thought to have been blocked and started a messenger contract on my main account. Hell know how Vodacom could allow that to happen. It doesn't stop there. I called customer care, logged a query, sent through my documents as they asked and still haven't responded to aby of my mails. I was told to call the forensics division on a pay line directly now.
