Vodacom not releasing line to Openserve (Call Center useless won't assist)
I've cancelled my Vodacom Fibre November and it was supposed to take effect 31st of December and the line released the 2nd of January. Ofcourse none of that happened. The vodacom fibre is still on at my home and my new service provider can't claim the line from OpenServe as Vodacom has still not released it as promised. I contacted Vodacom Fibre service a dozen times and nobody was able to assist me never got back to me as usual. Just like the last time I just needed the B number of the fibre line and only got assistance after posting an hellopeter review I hope this works again in being contacted by a competent person which will be able to assist me.
