Vodacom not releasing a Vumatel fibre line to my ISP

I have moved to a new place where the previous owners were using Vodacom as an ISP to their Fibre, Its been a nightmare to have Vumatel and Vodacom release this line so I can utilize it with my own ISP, I believe these two are colluding and want me to jump into Vodacom, I'm very disappointed at both Vumatel and Vodacom.

This is clear not acceptable as owner of this place, I should have my freedom to choose which ISP I want to use, if Vumatel wants for me to go with whom they want rather they come remove their connection to my place.

They very rude and inconsiderate, I wouldn't recommend both Vodacom and Vumatel.
