VODACOM NOT RECONCILING THEIR ACCOUNTS!

Having paid our sons VODACOM cell phone account on a monthly basis, we were handed over to Hammond Pole. We have sent proof of each and every bank statement to Hammond Pole . They have advised us that they are having major issues with VODACOM and them not reconciling accounts. This means we cannot take credit etc anywhere due to someone at VODACOM not doing their job properly. VODACOM SERVICE IS SHOCKING AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE ANYWHERE AT ANYTIME. Such a pity as in the early years of cell phones, they were a market leader.
