Vodacom not recommended it's a bad service provider

In our town Bothaville. It is almost been 3 days without any network or signal. Can't call, use internet nothing. And it is not just me. The whole town. I use my fiber from herotel to try to get vodacom to fix the problem. Just to have a automatic response of we are aware and sorry for inconvenience. Still no time line as to when it's fixed. But come month end they want there money.

Poor poor service. Will be moving my contracts to another provider that is not part of vodacom at all.

Vodacom claim to be the best. They must stop lying to people.
